This powerful and fearsome ritual threatened to destroy the lives of million people on the planet of Toril.
The ritual must target an asteroid of at least 1000 ft radius; bigger and lesser ones are not suitable.
After the casting of the ritual the caster must visualize a place which must be into the crystal Sphere where the asteroid is. The knowledge of the place determines the result of spell aside from the success in the casting.
Consult the following table:

Familiarity On Target Off Target Severe Off Target Spell Mishap
Very familiar 01 – 60 61 – 90 91 – 96 97 – 100
Studied carefully 01 – 50 51 – 85 86 – 93 94 – 100
Seen casually 01 – 40 51 – 65 66 – 85 85 – 100
Viewed once 01 – 20 21 – 35 36 – 55 56 – 100
False Destination -- -- 01 – 30 31 – 100

The caster must roll 1d% then add her knowledge(arcana) (knowledge(psionics) if you create a psionic variant of this spell) bonus to the result then look in the table for the result.
Very familiar means a place where the caster has been regularly for at least 6 months in her life and that she knows very well. Studied carefully means a place that the caster is seeing at the moment of casting (unlikely) or that has been studied by normal or magical means for at least a week (8 hours/day). Seen casually means a place that the caster has seen trough normal or magical means but that she doesn’t know well. Viewed once qualify a place viewed once in the caster life.
False destination qualify a place that doesn’t exist (for example an illusory terrain) or a place that has changed radically (a burned out forest).
Note that a place to qualify as a target for the spell must be a single feature of at least 5 miles diameter (a city or a forest or a little island). The caster must also know the surrounding geographical features and must be able to place the target on the Crystal Sphere (planet, hemisphere, continent, region, place name if any or name of nearby place).
For example “I want to strike on the planet of Toril, the continent of Faerun, the region of Damara and the place is 2 miles west of Bloodstone Village”; the asteroid (if everything goes well) should strike the western defence wall of Bloodstone Pass.
On Target: the asteroid strikes unerringly the designed place.
Off Target: the asteroid strikes an area which is 1d% miles apart from the designed target in a random direction.
Severely Off Target: the asteroid strikes an area which is 40d% miles apart from the designed target in a random direction
Spell Mishap: the asteroid is utterly destroyed, the caster of the spell is then hurled HERSELF towards the area. Only the same spell cast on himself or at least 5 wish spells can stop her to become a meteor.
Quantify the damage created by such spell is obviously pointless; for comparison a 15 feet radius asteroid would create a 1 mile crater, the damage inflicted by this asteroid should be raised accordingly.
NOTE: the asteroid doesn’t reach immediately the planet: the travel duration from the deep spaces is up to the DM but should be at least 3d6 days.
NOTE: the spell accelerates the asteroid in a straight line, repeated casting of the spell could be necessary to correct the course if the DM deems it necessary.

Evocation
Spellcraft DC: 107
Components: V
Casting Time: 10 hours 11 min
Range: 30 ft
Target: 1 ship and 100 ft / lvl (see text)
Duration: Permanent
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No

To Develop: 963000 gp, 20 days, 38520 xp; Seeds: replicate **(DC 23), mythal(DC 25); Factors: replicate 3rd lvl spell(fly)(DC + 15), increase fly speed to spelljamming(ad hoc DC + 50), add spell to object(ad hoc DC + 10), make level dependent(DC + 25), dismissible at will (DC + 2), add medium prevalent power(atmosphere containment)(DC + 20), add medium prevalent power(protection from radiation and cold)(DC + 20), add minor prevalent power(atmosphere rejuvenation)(DC + 5), remove somatic component(DC + 2); Mitigating Factors: increase casting time 10 min(DC – 20), increase casting time 10 hours(DC – 20), anchored(DC x ¾);

The spell allow the enchanted watercraft to become a spelljamming ship able to fly trough the stars and crystal spheres. It replicates all the functionalities of a spelljamming helm. The ship is treated as having a major helm for all the rules but its tactical speed is improved by 50 % and the ship size is decreased by one step. The cruising speed is improved by 50 % and the warp speed (between crystal spheres) is doubled.

The air bubble around the ship extends for 100 ft/lvl of the caster, the power of the wards ensure that the atmosphere envelope doesn’t leak away and shield the crew and objects from exposure to cold and radiations; finally the wards rejuvenate the air as long as the spell is active.
