First Place Winner in the Unique Ship Challenge III!
Grown deep within the borders of elf-controlled space, the Silverswift was designed to be a transport of elven officials. Its clear, translucent wings and silver hull distinguish it from other ships in its class to promote its purpose within the IEN.
The wings appear like they are constructed of water. The wings are magical having magical properties that improve the Maneuverability Class by one level. Many traveleres on the ship find the sight somewhat mesmerizing when gazed upon for a long period of time.
Modifications to this ship to accomodate for its purpose include weapons upgrades, adding a cloaking helm and refitting 12 tons of cargo space into 8 luxurious passenger cabins for an elven official and his/her entourage. Two additional tons of space has been added below the main deck directly under the galley, crew cabins and stairs as a secret compartment to hide the officials or any other valuable cargo in case of an unexpected boarding. Entry to this area is through a trap door underneath the stairs accessible only through a secret door in the galley.

Tellon has seen quite a few years of service with the Imperial Elven Navy. He sees his position as captain as one of honor and performs his job with pride. Although the ship and the lives of his crew are his first immediate priority, he has dedicated his life to serve in the IEN and will do anything to fulfill his vow.

Maisha, despite her position, is a cheerful, flirtatious woman who enjoys socializing with other members of the crew while off-duty. Needless to say, this has attracted many of the male crew members to her. She merely considers their actions as nothing but flirtations as well and doesn't dedicate herself to anyone. She does distance herself while on-duty and concentrates on her job when she is needed there. Although she hasn't served as long as Tellon, she is very patriotic and serves the IEN with dedication.

Called the "Elder" of the ship, Randel seems to take his job TOO seriously. He insists that only ship officers can see him while he is on the helm and doesn't socialize much with the rest of the crew, except Tellon, Maisha and the other helmsmen. However, he does try to spend at least a moment conversing with any officials of members of their entourage, which is seen by some of the crew as "brown-nosing".

Shaina is as every bit as lovely as Maisha, but she is more conservative in her behavior. She is a little insecure as well, always wanting to have some sort of companion nearby. Because of this, she is extremely jealous of her first officer because of all the attention she gets. She will not openly admit this but does seek a way to steal some of the spotlight for herself.
