Myradius the Insane

Long, long ago, there lived a mage known as Fallath. Fallath was married
to a very beautiful, if not incredibly evil, cleric of Talos from forgotten
realms. One fateful day, when they were out wreacking havoc, she was slain
by an ancient wyrmm gold dragon. Disintergrating the beast, and
accidentally his love whom was in ist mouth, Fallath cursed all dragons and
retired to limbo, where he would encompass their doom.

Upon limbo, Fallath used the energies of that chaotic plane to create 5
very large, very powerful creatures known as BreedSlayers. The first,
unfortunately not as well made as the others, was Myradius. Myradius, the
Insane.

Myradius the Insane is over 500 feet long. He roughly resembles a Gold
Dragon, frmoa distance, and sometimes uses an illusion to help this
deception until attacking foes.

In his true form, Myradius' wings each have a 700 feet span. He has four
long limbs, resembling the arms of dragons, but nothing resembling hind
legs. Each of these limbs ends in a huge talon, resembling a gigantic
Sickle, which is easily 30 foot from base to tip. He has on, gigantic eye,
in the middle of his face, which is sometimes protected by a large set of
eyelids, which are as strong as adamantium. He has three nostrils, and his
mouth has three jaws, one like a normal one, while the other two are at 45
degree angles (like a triangle). The position of the flat (horizontal) jaw
is random each time Myradius regenerates himself.

His body is covered with large, golden coloured scales, with streaks of
grey and red across them. His tail ends in a hueg bludgeoning implement
somewhat like a mace, and his teeth are each longer than two-handed swords.

This may all well sound like a very impressive foe, but theres one slight
problem.

Myraduis has the temperament, and intellect, of a very angry three year
old.

Often parlaying with Myradius is absolutely pointless, as he just shrieks
obscenities at his opponents, but sometimes a bargain can be struck. This
is usually because Mryadius happens to get defeated quite a lot
(surprisingly), and likes to bring something home to his master (who is
actually dead, but Myradius does not understand that).

This parlaying is usually just "give me the breed", or in the case where I
used him, "give me the half-breed", who was a half-red-dragon. A few rounds
of this are usually all that can be kept, as Myradius soon looses whatever
patience he has and attacks anyway.

Myradius has a 100% magic resistance, given in a strange meta-magic
enchantment. This enchantment is such that any magical effects that damage
instead heal him. For instance, a 36 damage fireball will heal him for 36
points. However, the reverse is similar, a cure light wounds will do 1d8
damage to him, while a regenerate spell will cause his limbs to begin to
wither.

Myradius has 250 hitpoints. He flies at a rate of 64, with a
maneuverability class of B (the majority of his flight is a magical power).
He swings once for each limb per round, doing 4d6 damage +15 per hit. He
has a Thac0 of 3.

Once per day Myradius can emit a breath attack, of fire and lightning,
doing 2d6d10+45 damage (Characters use their best save). This attack
cannot be interrupted, and is in the form of a cone 100' long and 10' wide
at the base, 45' wide at the end. Typically Myradius moves his head while
breathing 9taking the whole next round if he wishes this action) so it
sprays all over all opponents.

When slain, Myradius' body emits a powerful gas, causing anyone breathing
it to save vs death magic or be slain. Furthermore, as soon as he hits
something (if standing he has a few seconds before he hits the ground), ie
impacting in the water/ground etc, he disappears back to limbo, where he wil
reform a year later.

Myradius wanders the stars looking for dragons to kill, and take back to
his master. He can plane shift back to limbo at any time, providing he is
carrying something worthy (ie a dead dragon, a half-dragons body etc).
Other than that, he can spelljam, and opens portals in crystal spheres at
will.

Any time Myradius is within a thousand miles of someone who says the words
"gold dragon", there is a 35% chance he hears it and goes to investigate.
Of course, this can be "we saw this huge thing that looked like a gold
dragon", referring to the beast itself. Upon arriving, he demands to find
the dragon or be given it, attacking any who seem to mislead or refuse him.

Myradius' main weakness is his eye. Any attack launched at it receives a
75% likely block check from the eyelids, which blink incredibly fast. If
the eye is struck, however, Myradius looses most of his power, being
affected normally by magical spells, and flying at half movement.
Additionally, the metamagic goes awry, and once per round one prismatic
spray beam launches from the eye, in a random direction. This could hit
anyone or anything. Furthermore, while this is happening Myradius is blind,
and can only really flail his arms wildly and hope he hits.

Myradius is not a reptile, or a dragon, and no such potions or weapons that
affect or do additional damage to these creatures affect him thus. He
cannot be turned either.

Each time he regenerates, there is a 10% chance (cumulative) that Myradius
returns to his previous slayers (seemingly magically finding them) to
attempt to dwefeat them once more. He has a rather large ego for a three
year old, and hates being beaten. Furthermore, they were obviously
harbouring a dragon in the first place, and still have information he
wishes.

Myradius regenerates 5 hit points per round, unless someone has cast a
regenerate spell on him, causing him to whither.

When Myradius is fighting any dragon he receives an extra 100 hitpoints,
his Thac0 drops to -4, and his damage receives a +10 bonus. He is worth
75,000 experience points, and carries no treasure.
