This ship is the newest creation of the Confederation shipyards and has only one purpose, war. The ship resembles a large crescent moon as the horizontal hull with 2 more crescent shapes placed vertically, each to one side of the top deck. It has a great fields of fire, nearly 360 degrees, and combined with the wing shears and blunt ram it is truly a formidable opponent.

Common combat tactics with this ship is to make shearing runs, while targeting the crew with the heavy catapults, until the opponent is "dead in the water". Although it takes only 10 individuals to crew the ship, a ships complement usually consists of 25 weaponeers, 10 marines, 10 sailors, 5 officers including the helmsmen and the Captain.
