This creature looks like a cross between a rabbit and a chipmunk, and are about one foot in length.

Dust bunnies are harmless rodents inhabiting asteroid belts. Their long hind legs can reach two feet in length when extended. Their foreheads have a bony ridge running between the eyes—the only defensive feature they possess.

Combat

These little creatures flee from all perceived dangers. If cornered, they'll attempt to leap past—or through—their opponent.

Great Leap (Su): Dust bunnies have the ability to leap great distances. They can leap up to 100 feet horizontally and up to 50 feet vertically. They may not use this ability for 1d4 rounds after they make a jump.

Skills: * Dust bunnies are natural jumpers. They receive a +30 competence bonus to their Jump checks, and their maximum jumping distance is not limited by height.

In the Spheres

Dust bunnies inhabit the Dust Belt asteroids of Cloudspace. They feed on the insects and shiver plants that coexist on the smaller rocks. When they've used up most of an asteroid, they jump to a new one that is passing by. They're quite defenseless when drifting through the void, giving the scavvers an easy meal.

Dust bunny flesh, when properly prepared, tastes like chicken.
